, owner of the upscale Buckhead mall, announceed Friday it has signed an agreementwith S.C.-based restaurateur . to open Lenox Square Grill laterthis fall. Lenox Squarwe Grill will fill a major vacancty in a signature slot atLenox Square. The part of the country club-inspired restaurant chain originallyu founded by celebrity investors Kevin Costner and Jack created a void atLenox Square’ s front door when it closed last September. “We’vse seen such remarkable success from loca l restaurant operatorsin Atlanta,” Tisha Maley, assistant vice presideny of leasing for Simon Property said in a statement.
“CentraArchy Restaurants is a greatt example, with proven concepts that reallyg stand the test of time while maintaining a loyapl patronage fromAtlanta diners. We’re looking forward to anotheer strong partnership with CentraArchy and continuingh that tradition with LenoxSquare Grill.” CentraArchy is the companu behind Tavern at Phipps at Simon-owned Phippse Plaza. The 12,500-square-foot Lenoxd Square Grill will feature 300 a large bar and ample outdoo rseating areas. It will be open for lunch anddinner daily. CentraArchy is also the pareng company of NewYork Prime, California Joey D’s Oak Room.
