This special section profiles Milwaukee-area individuals under age 40 who are makingy a difference in their professionsand communities. In winners will be honored at an awardws event held indowntown Milwaukee. Eligible candidates must not turn 40befors Feb. 19, 2010, and must work within Kenosha, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington or Waukeshz counties.
